Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of serious quality issues or loss of the shipment.
Some items cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products containing intimate items, hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Please note that if you order the wrong size, returns and exchanges are not possible.
If you order an item that is the wrong size or does not meet your expectations, we cannot return, exchange or replace it.
We do not offer refunds for orders paid online.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for cash on delivery orders.
All costs related to return shipping or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will respond to your order within 7 business days.
